Unfortunately, the initial room's air conditioning didn't work, and I had to move to another room, fine. I found the mattress needed replacement as it wasn't up to standard. The experience was marred by this inconvenience.

Great considering the location, right in front of the castle, price. best thing:. complete bathroom with bidet and huge bathtub, with 5 towels (for one person). Replacement of toilet paper, soaps and towels with the daily cleaning of the room. Hair dryer. bed of 135 cm in single room, with a very comfortable mattress
Go ahead and say that these are details, not problems, as I actually recommend this accommodation. I'm not evaluating it as if it were a 4 or 5 star hotel either, because it's not, but they are details that can be improved:. - A warm room with a very charged atmosphere, and this in the middle of October. The air conditioning is not enough to refresh the atmosphere. - the breakfast, totally avoidable. I would hire it only in case of time constraints at the start (which is what happened to me), or if I didn't mind getting blind to machine watered-down coffee and mini cold cuts sandwiches to compensate for the 6 euros. I read in some comments that people complained about the noise of the pipes. It's true that you can hear them a lot, so I recommend wearing earplugs if you are bothered by the noise to sleep.

I had a fantastic stay, as not only is the hotel just a few steps from bustling Zocodover, but it's also a short walk to the excellent Alcazar, making my weekend exploration easy.

Attention from the excellent staff, they solved all our doubts very kindly. Perfect location. Room, simple, has everything we considered necessary, as well as the bathroom that as an extra had a bidet and hair dryer. We read some comments about the cold in the rooms but of course it was not our case, in the street it was very cold these days but the air heating went perfectly and heated the atmosphere very fast, also there are blankets in the closet in case it was needed. We turned off the heating at night and we didn't feel cold at all. The water from the taps was still very hot. Perfect isolation of the rooms, we did not hear the other guests at any time. No doubt I would repeat in this hotel.
It is something very personal but in our case as a suggestion it would have been interesting to have some translucent curtains apart from the opaque ones. We also missed a toilet brush, pillows were quite thin. Still, these are not so important things that would make our opinion about this hotel unfavorable.

location is perfect. staff is attentive. cleaning is good. bed and pillow were comfortable for me. views from the room are very nice (it was on the top floor of the hotel)
The breakfast was very basic, the products of quality that can be improved, the orange juice tasted very industrial, a pity in an orange producing country where a natural juice is appreciated. The sausages and cheese of the breakfast can also be improved. The room was very small, mobility inside was a bit complicated, the bathroom was wide, with a bathtub, without any element to be able to hold on when entering or leaving (in my case it does not affect me much) but for older people or with mobility difficulties it can be a problem. The air conditioning was not cooling enough even though it was quite noisy, I opted to open the sale a little, luckily it was not too hot. I think it's a good hotel, with good employees but in need of renovation. Nevertheless the price seemed to me adequate although I would not pay more for that room

Stayed in this property for 1 night and loved our choice. Our stay here was fairly nice, reasonable base for exploring Toledo. It was in a very central location, really close to Zocodover square. Besides, we were near Toledo for a very specific reason, numerous cafes/restaurants and near the castle. The good-sized room had a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable, slept good.

The really good location made it easy to explore the surrounding sites, including the excellent Alcazar. I enjoyed the comfort of the remodeled room, and the bathroom facilities were a nice bonus. The room lacked a bit of charm in its decor. While the staff was quite attentive, the overall experience didn't match the price level I expected.

Being situated in Toledo, it was easy to get around all the areas of interest, such as the Cathedral, Shops and places for food and drink. Its a beautiful City and well worth the visit and most areas can be accessed without having to use transport.
The only thing we missed was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Which is a must for us when you wake up in the morning.

Great location with parking near by.
When I arrived and said to the female receptionist that I was checking in, she looked at me like I had two heads, as if she wasn't expecting anyone. I could see the computer screen and pointed to our reservation. She was very unwelcoming. I had to ask for a map of the city. I then asked for WiFi infoation and she gave me incorrect instructions. I was able to figure it by trial and error. Otherwise, a decent hotel.

Very good location for sightseeing. Parking very close. I remember reading complaints about the breakfast. While it was nothing special, it was not as bad as some might have said, esp. considering that it is included in the price. Spain is not exactly known for the quality of its pastries, so we didn't feel we missed on much by not going to breakfast outside. (However, we do not recommend a nearby restaurant Aquarium, which is NOT related at all to the hotel)

The hotel's central location made it super easy for us to explore the amazing sights of Toledo, especially the fine views of the Alcazar just a short walk away. The spacious Triple Room was perfect for our family of four, giving us room to relax.
In my wife's opinion, having a small play area for kids would have made our stay even better.
